Check-in & check-out:

• Check-in from 15:00 to 18:30;
• Check-out from 7:00 to 9:30;

Deposit: On arrival, you will be required to put down a deposit of Euro 150, which will be returned when you depart

Late check-in & late check-out:

• For a surcharge of 60.00 euros, you can make use of our late check-in service from 19:00 to 23:00
• For a surcharge of 60,00 / 80.00 euros, you can extend your stay with our late check-out service until 3:00pm

To allow us to give you the warmest of welcomes, please let us know your time of arrival.

Parking: Each appartment has a reserved parking space

Dogs: Animals are not admitted

Non-smoking: Please do not smoke in the apartments

Advance payment: A pre-payment of 30 percent of the booking price is needed to confirm your reservation. We can only return your initial advance payment to you if replacement guests are found for the period you have booked

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation, we will apply the following cancellation fees:

• If you cancel up to 30 days before your date of arrival, a fee of 30 percent of the booking price will be charged;
• If you cancel between 29 and 1 day before your date of arrival, a fee of 50 percent of the booking price will be charged;
• If you cancel one day before your date of arrival or leave earlier, the total amount of the booking price will be charged.
